Order Cancellation
If you cancelled the order once your product is shipped due to any reason you will charged 10% fee

Unused Products
If the products are not used and its in genuine condition then we offer 30 days full refund policy 

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, those item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the original packaging and condition that you received that individual item or product

Used products
We do not offer returns for used products except in EXTREME cases if and only if the item your received is broken or damaged 

The customer must email to info@thermalfuse.us for a return initiation prior to sending any product back. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund. and we will send you the return shipping address accordingly.

Refund issue time
Please send us an email after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and after proper inspecting the item to make sure its in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2-7 business days to the payment method from which you bought that particular item

Late or missing refunds.
If due to some reason you did not receive your refund or money back, what you have to do is firstly check your bank statement then ask your relevant bank, if still did not get it, in that case you can contact us at info@thermalfuse.us with your order No.

Redund or Return Window : we will not accept refund or return request later than 14 days from receipt of products.
